An Offer to Purchase (OTP) is a formal document that outlines the terms and conditions of your vehicle purchase from Greenspan AutoDealer. It includes complete vehicle details, pricing, payment terms, delivery options, and all agreed-upon conditions.

The OTP is issued before payment and serves as your receipt and agreement. It ensures complete transparency and protects both you and Greenspan AutoDealer.

Terms Included in OTP

The client agrees to pay the purchase price in full before delivery of the vehicle.

The client is responsible for all costs associated with the importation and registration of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed upon in this document.

Greenspan AutoDealer reserves the right to cancel this agreement if the client fails to comply with the payment terms.

The vehicle remains the property of Greenspan AutoDealer until full payment is received.

The client acknowledges that they have inspected the vehicle (or arranged inspection) and are satisfied with its condition.

All prices are inclusive of the purchase price and logistics on delivery to the client's desired border around SADC.

No vehicle is delivered without full payment of the purchase price.

Payment can be made directly to the dealer principal or into Greenspan AutoDealer's accounts as provided in this document.
